The Murder Of Milly Dowler
On March 25th 2002 pretty 15 year old blonde school girl Milly Dowler was on her way home from school with friends when she decided to get off the train early and have a snack and a bit of gossip with her friends, when she finished her chips and said goodbye she would never be seen alive again and be part of Britain's biggest missing person searches. At first authorities and media had decided that she had left of her own will and either ran away or had met someone and was in hiding, which was derived from police reading her diary.
Pretty blonde Marsha Louise McDonnell, a 19-year-old teen was returning from a night out with friends when she was attacked with a hammer and molested after getting off of a bus, she was found only yards from her home, she died two days later and although in the same area that Milly Dowler went missing (West London) police did not see a connection. It was almost a year later when pretty school girl Kate Sheedy was on her way home from with friends when she'd got off a bus and noticed a white labourers van with darkened windows and she had a creepy feeling that she was being watched so she crossed the street to avoid it. As she did the van accelerated and mounted the sidewalk and ran her over, rolling down the window the driver looked to see if she was dead, when he noticed her still breathing he ran over her again. This time seeing she wasn't moving he sped away into the night.
But the driver had made a fatal mistake, although seriously injured, Kate Sheedy was still alive. When police interviewed her she described a fat sweaty man driving a white labourers van. They now were looking for a white van and a suspect but had yet to connect the crimes although all three girls looked remarkably alike. Am'elie Delagrange was a 22-year-old French student visiting the UK and was returning from having a few drinks with friends after work. Tired and a bit tipsy she fell asleep and missed her stop, when she asked the driver how long she would have to wait for a return bus, she decided 15 minutes was too long and made the fatal mistake mistake of taking a short cut through the park. She was attacked on the green with a hammer and molested and died that night.
It was after this murder police realised the girls where all almost identical and had all disappeared after getting off of a bus. Looking at hours and hours CCTV footage they saw that each bus the girls were on had been followed by a white labourers van. When policed the description of the white van driven by a fat sweaty man to the media, a woman called police and said that it sounded like her ex-husband, who had what she described as an un-natural hatred for pretty young blonde girls.
When police put him under surveillance, they witnessed a man approaching young pretty blonde school girls at bus stops saying lewd things to them and offering them rides. They also discovered that his girlfriend only lived a couple of hundred feet from where Milly Dowler had disappeared out of thin air, they knew they had their man.
Levi Bellfield , night club bouncer and wheel clamper was arrested on November 22nd 2004 for the murder of Marsha Louise McDonnell and subsequent charges would follow for the man who had West London in terror, known as The Bus stop killer and Hammerman.
The Murder of Millie Dowler still remaind on the U.K's most shocking crimes in the fact it happed in broad daylite on a main road with CCTV camera's everywhere.

Lowlife Scumbag Kathy Stelter finds out about the crack head/heroin users evictions and guess what she does? She allows the crack head heroin using lookouts to move directly across the street in Kathy's house right below Kathy and Martha's apartment.
It was the fine people in City Hall that handed out the evictions and lowlife scumbag Kathy Stelter thought she was going to over ride those evictions and for a brief time that's exactly what she did.
So what that meant was the drug people were across the street along with the drug dealers always showing up. Not to mention the who was always flashing cars as they went by.
Kathy was then threatened if she didn't get rid of the crack head heroin users the sensitive info on people's bank accounts she gave away would be released and the story exposed.
Kathy complied.
You see in the Normal Avenue area there's been murders, shootings, muggings etc...and a lot of it if not all of it was/is connected to drug people.
So essentially what was taking place was Kathy & Martha Robinson were insisting through their actions that Normal Avenue stay full of drugs and crime.
It's also believed that Martha & Kathy wanted the drug people living below them because it's easy access to drugs even hard drugs and perhaps they were interested in the as well.
Unfortunately for Kathy and Martha there's video proof of the drug people.
Even though we only know Kathy to be a pot head her drug problem may far exceed her marijuana use.
When Kathy was seen in her apartment with marijuana she had like a half of a plastic sandwich bag full of weed. Which we believe is about an ounce.
One thing about drug people they stick together like glue! I mean they're really tight. Birds of a feather flock together. They're easy to spot because they pretty much all posses the same characteristics which are a cocky arrogant attitude, willing to talk trash and start trouble at the drop of a hat, will lie, cheat steal as they think they're invincible. It's like they're placed under a spell that is until someone comes along and exposes them then they wake up.
Kathy & Martha were warned once again through ads on Craigslist and other sources to come clean with info or the TRUTH about them would be told. They did NOT heed the warnings and so now the TRUTH is being told about them. Martha and Kathy were given a considerable amount of time to come clean they simply refused. The person who has released this information did NOT want to do it but has had enough of these filthy vile people.

The Delta Project (Pedo ring)
The Delta Project and child sex rings:
In the late 1960's and early 1970s John D. Norman was actively attempting to create networks of child sex trafficking rings around the US. He first set up a ring in Dallas known as the "The Odyssey Foundation" and then another in San Diego known as "The Conquest Agency". According to Chicago police Norman also ran organizations called "The Norman Foundation", and "Epic International". Norman was also likely connected to the "Guyon Society" a pedophile organization founded in Europe whose members believed in establishing regular sexual contact with children prior to eight years of age.
Norman was first arrested in Texas, and police seized a card-file index of 30,000 contacts including victims and clients of the sex ring. It was implied that many of the contacts were politicians, clergy, and millionaires. Dallas PD sent the card index to the State Department for investigation but The State Department rejected the evidence claiming "the cards were not relevant to any fraud case concerning a passport". The State Department destroyed the entire 30,000 card index. The State Departments lawyer Matthew Nimitz could not explain why the cards were only looked at as a passport issue, nor why they were not forwarded to FBI or postal inspectors.
After charges were levied against Norman in Texas, he fled to Chicago where he formed "The Delta Project". His vision for this organization was expanding upon a network of child sex slaves across the US who could be called to service men when needed. His plan involved establishing "dormitories" designed to house three to four children and monitored by one or more adults. It's unclear how far Norman got in his plans before being arrested by Chicago police in 1973 however Chicago PD said Norman's ring was active in Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles.

Mr.Lehman; He sends out material and receives material from other agencies similar to his, which invites men to - well, one program is called the Don program. In this program, he invites anyone who is willing to have a cadet, which is a young boy between the age of 13 and 19 right in there, to have him live in his house, he will take - a don should take one to three cadets to live with him in his house. He would pay a fee of $50 a month for having these cadets live in his house. But at the same time, these cadets would not only serve him sexually, but would also - any other members of the Delta Project, which is quite vast, would contact these dons and he could invite them for a weekend and these people would in turn pay him for letting them use his facilities, his house and the youth. And John Norman would get a percentage of this back.
Upon his arrest by Chicago police, authorities discovered a new list of 5000 clients, contacts and subscribers to Norman's self-published pedophile magazine entitled "Hermes". It was one of three boy-love newsletter published in the US at the time. The other two were "Better Life Monthly" (California) and "Broad Street Journal" (Colorado).
Norman somehow continued to publish the magazine while in jail, and he also enlisted the help of Philip Paske, an inmate he met while in prison. Paske was released prior to Norman and Paske took up publication of Hermes. The Chicago Tribune eventually discovered that Paske was employed by the City of Chicago as a local swimming pool attendant.
Notes of interest:
Dallas police suspected that Norman was trafficking victims to serial killer Dean Corll.
Delta Project may also have trafficked children to serial killer John Wayne Gacy. 3 checks were paid to Paske from Gacy's construction company for unknown services.
Gacy claims some of the victims found in his home were not killed by him. "He insisted that other people had murdered victims in his house while he was out of town."
Norman was re-convicted of molestation 1988 and of child distribution in 1995 and 1998. He was released from prison in 2008 in San Diego. Not known if he is still alive.
Paske was suspected of murdering 3 teenage boys one of whom was to testify against Norman in court.
Delta Project is suspected to have provided children to men traveling off-shore, possibly taking children on trips to Europe.
May 16 (pg.8), 1977 Chicago Tribune article contains an early reference to "Chickens", or young male prostitutes.
Gacy, HR.Clinton, J.Podesta and T.Podesta all lived within a 2 mile radius of each other. T.Podesta is 1 year younger than JW.Gacy, and they very likely attended a high school together.
Gacy was active in the Democrat party, and also provided construction work for the DNC.
