In the UK, the (British Bullshit Corporation) charge each and every household and office premises, lb147 per year for a TV license in order to watch TV legally. As there is no law to pay but a Royal Charter, they very cleverly make out like you are obliged to buy a license annually otherwise you will get taken to court and forced to pay fines and the annual charge. However many householders are now aware that there is no law forcing them to pay so they have simply stopped paying these crooks because they regard the organization as harboring pedophiles. Once you start filming them on your doorstep they disappear quickly because they know they have no legal grounds to force you to pay for a TV license every year. Once you have a TV in your home, it does not matter if it connected to the aerial or a satellite dish, you have to buy a license. Even if you have a smart phone or laptop you have to pay for a license because you can use them to stream videos and live TV. It does not matter if you never watch crappy BBC.

The Oregon Youth Authority began supervising Rhodes when he was 14, for sexual abuse and sodomy, authorities said. According to court records, Rhodes was 13 or 14 years old in 2007 when he sexually abused a boy who was 9 or 10 years old.
Washington County Deputy District Attorney Andy Pulver argued in court papers that Rhodes has a "sexual predisposition toward minor children."
Rhodes had been required to register as a sex offender at the time he was charged in the Multnomah and Washington county cases.

According to the Oregon courts webpage, Rhodes was originally facing five charges, 4 counts of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree and one count of Third Degree. The plea deal is for two counts of Second Degree.
Neither the Multnomah County jail or Washington County jail list him as currently in custody, so he is likely out on the streets until his sentencing. His bail is $2,000 in Multnomah county, and was raised from $1,000 to $5,000 in Washington county after showing up 2 minutes late for a court appearance.

An illegal immigrant living in Israel is demanding visitation rights to see a child he fathered after allegedly raping an Israeli woman, in a bid to win legal status permitting him to remain in the country.
According to attorney Roni Aloni Sadovnik, who represents the victim, the suspect raped the young woman two years ago, and has since demanded he be recognized as the child's father and given visitation rights.
"An illegal resident raped a young Israeli woman," Sadovnik wrote on her Facebook account earlier this week, "and by the time she realized that she was pregnant from the rape, it was too late to have an abortion, and she decided to raise the baby."
The young woman filed a police complaint following the sexual assault, but "like 92% of sex crime complaints, the case was closed due to lack of evidence."
Sadovnik told Arutz Sheva that police have since reopened the case against the suspect, and believes that an indictment is likely.
But the suspect, who is not one of the nearly 40,000 infiltrators from Eritrea, Sudan, and Somalia subject to Israel's deportation plan, is looking to gain legal status as the father of an Israeli citizen.
"The man who committed the rape is a worker who came to Israel legally on a work visa years ago, but overstayed, and is now an illegal resident," Sadovnik told Arutz Sheva.
Sadovnik said the suspect filed a request with an Israeli family court, seeking to be given status as the parent of an Israeli citizen. If granted, the suspect could be granted not only visitation rights, but a visa to remain in Israel.
"This is a creative new way for an illegal resident to try and force the state to give him legal standing in Israel as the 'father' of an Israeli child."
Sadovnik added that, to her surprise, social services officials have aided the suspect's attempts to gain recognition as the child's father, and to secure visitation rights.
"I asked if there was any chance that welfare services would recommend visits for a rapist with the child that was conceived during the rape [the suspect] committed," Sadovnik asked a social worker who had contacted her in connection with the case."She responded that it doesn't matter if the father is a rapist, a murderer, a pedophile, or a drug addict - the child has the right to meet his father no matter what, because it is 'for the child's benefit'."
While the suspect's initial request to be given recognized status as the parent of an Israeli was denied, he may appeal the decision.
The case is an unusual one, Sadovnik said, but it is not uncommon for illegal immigrants residing in Israel to seek legal status as the spouses of Israeli citizens, adding that there have been many instances of illegal residents soliciting Israeli women to falsely claim to be their common-law spouses.
"I can't understand how illegal residents - people who have no legal right to be in the country in the first place - can go to an Israeli court and make demands, and have those demands be taken seriously," Sadovnik told Arutz Sheva."Besides that, why are social workers helping people under investigation for rape or other serious violent crimes get visitation rights to see their children? This happens even in some cases where the parent has been convicted of serious violent crimes, including attempted murder, and then from jail requests visitation rights."

At first authorities and media had decided that she had left of her own will and either ran away or had met someone and was in hiding, which was derived from police reading her diary.
Pretty blonde Marsha Louise McDonnell, a 19-year-old teen was returning from a night out with friends when she was attacked with a hammer and molested after getting off of a bus, she was found only yards from her home, she died two days later and although in the same area that Milly Dowler went missing (West London) police did not see a connection. It was almost a year later when pretty school girl Kate Sheedy was on her way home from with friends when she'd got off a bus and noticed a white labourers van with darkened windows and she had a creepy feeling that she was being watched so she crossed the street to avoid it. As she did the van accelerated and mounted the sidewalk and ran her over, rolling down the window the driver looked to see if she was dead, when he noticed her still breathing he ran over her again. This time seeing she wasn't moving he sped away into the night.
But the driver had made a fatal mistake, although seriously injured, Kate Sheedy was still alive. When police interviewed her she described a fat sweaty man driving a white labourers van. They now were looking for a white van and a suspect but had yet to connect the crimes although all three girls looked remarkably alike. Am'elie Delagrange was a 22-year-old French student visiting the UK and was returning from having a few drinks with friends after work. Tired and a bit tipsy she fell asleep and missed her stop, when she asked the driver how long she would have to wait for a return bus, she decided 15 minutes was too long and made the fatal mistake mistake of taking a short cut through the park. She was attacked on the green with a hammer and molested and died that night.
It was after this murder police realised the girls where all almost identical and had all disappeared after getting off of a bus. Looking at hours and hours CCTV footage they saw that each bus the girls were on had been followed by a white labourers van. When policed the description of the white van driven by a fat sweaty man to the media, a woman called police and said that it sounded like her ex-husband, who had what she described as an un-natural hatred for pretty young blonde girls.
